Amberleigh is a small St. Lawrence and Zaring Homes community located in South Charlotte near the Ballantyne Development.
It was developed in the late 1990’s and early 2000’s with primarily two story single family homes to choose from, some full brick, many with brick fronts.
The home sizes typically have a heated living space of 2500-3500 square feet with 4-5 bedrooms and a two car attached garage. Home prices are in the $325,000-$425,000 range.
Amberleighs homes are on nice mature lots with an average of a third to three quarters of an acre-quite a few have private wooded backyards.
