Kingston Forest is a small Centex Community located in South Charlotte.
It was developed in the mid to late 1990’s and early 2000 with primarily two story single family homes, many with brick fronts.

Home prices are usually in the $250,000-$325,000 range.

For those of you that would like the amenities, have no fear, the neighborhood is less than ten minutes (door to door) from the Morrison YMCA. You’ll find that Charlotte YMCA’s are popular top notch facilities!
Shopping abounds in nearby Blakeney or The Ballantyne Village with the
Carolina Place Mall just 20 minutes away.
Uptown Charlotte can be reached in under 45 minutes-most of the time-during rush hour.
Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools serving Kingston Forest home owners are: Hawkridge Elementary, Community House Middle School and Ardrey Kell High School. (There are also plenty of private schools nearby. Schools are subject to change.)
