Home prices are usually in the $250,000-$475,000 range.

It takes less than 15 minutes to get to I-485, Ballantyne Village or Blakeney shopping centers;
with anchor stores like Target, fantastic restaurants, banks, grocery stores and the like. Its neighborhood schools are within walking distance.

And as for a commute time to uptown Charlotte,
your drive time would be approximately 45 minutes.

Taxes are for Union County, therefore about a third off of what you would be paying in Charlotte.

Union County Public Schools serving The Reserve home owners are: Sandy Ridge Elementary,
Marvin Middle School and Marvin High School.
(There are also plenty of private schools nearby.
